Yes, you can! Check out our flagship store in Nordhavn, Copenhagen or our local retailer, Cranks and Coffee, in Klampenborg just north of Copenhagen, where you will be able to find a full selection of our products.

Please send back your unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order for the correct product. Check our return page for your return shipping options.
We do our best to refund the money to your account as fast as possible. Normally the money will be available in your bank account within one week after we have received your returned item.
The exchange and return policy are up to the individual retailer. We do not handle returns of products purchased from one of our retailers.

Some bundles offer a free product with the purchase of two or more specified products. Bundles can only be fully refunded if all items making up the bundle are returned. If one or more products within the bundle, including the free product, are not returned, we will deduct the value of each individual product that is not returned from your refund.
All products from Pas Normal Studios come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not cover defects caused be normal wear and tear.
Our warranty does not cover any defects caused by crashes, improper care, normal wear and tear, natural fading of materials and colors over time and with use.
Furthermore, Pas Normal Studios does not warranty products purchased through consumer resale sites or counterfeit products.
All our products have a two-year warranty period. On the off chance that one of our products has a fault please make contact with our Customer Care team. We will determine how we may best solve the claim with either a replacement or a refund if the item(s) meet the criteria as they are specified on our Terms & Conditions page.
We require that you bring your faulty item to the respective retailer, as they will then evaluate the claim and assist with the replacement.

We recommend you try your newly acquired cycling apparel on your bike, with your full cycling kit. As our clothing is made to be worn on the bike in a bend-over position it can feel a bit odd when being off the bike - If you’re still not 100% satisfied, please contact our Customer Care team, and they will be helping you out with the return of the clothing.
Unfortunately, adding or removing items is not possible once the order is confirmed. The same counts for changing size, color etc.
We can try to cancel the entire order and request you place a new order online with the correct products.
We are unfortunately not able to cancel orders which have been placed outside of our normal working hours Monday - Friday: 9 am to 4 pm (CET).
You are able to cancel your order from Pas Normal Studios if the order has been placed in the above-mentioned hours or until you get the email about the completed order. After this you’ll have to wait for the order to arrive. Now you’ll be able to send it back to us for a “Refund”

You’ll receive an order confirmation on your email right after payment. Furthermore you’ll receive an email when the order is completed and handed over to the carrier service. Now your parcel is on its way.

We offer various payment options depending on which country you are checking out from. Mastercard, VISA, Dankort, and American Express are among the most common cards we are offering for payment.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer invoice payments.
Parcels shipped within Denmark will normally take 1-2 working days to deliver. Parcels shipped to countries within the EU normally take around 1-2 working days. International orders going overseas will normally take 3-5 working days. Please have a look at our Shipping page for more information.

You are able to change the address for your order from Pas Normal Studios if the order has been placed in the above-mentioned hours or until you get the email about the completed order.

Your tracking link will automatically be sent as a confirmation email when your package has left our warehouse. If you haven’t received this information, be sure to check your spam inbox or Please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.
Be aware, if you refuse the shipment due to local import duty & tax, the parcel will automatically be returned to Pas Normal Studios. In this case, Pas Normal Studios reserves the right to charge the customer a $30 administration fee.

Find an item online and select reserve in-store to view stock availability and request a reservation. When you have received your reservation confirmation, it is possible to collect the item during opening hours.
At the moment, reserve in-store is only available at our Copenhagen Flagship Store.
You can use reserve in-store on current products that are not discounted.
We will email you the confirmation within a few minutes and hold your item for 48 hours.
Your order will be ready in store within an hour after you receive the confirmation.
To collect your item at the store, please remember to bring; your emailed order confirmation. We will keep your reserved order for 48 hours.
If you change your mind after you have reserved an item, please reach out to the store as soon as possible. Whether you need to change the size or cancel the reservation completely.
Yes, you have 14 days to make exchanges and refunds on your in-store purchase. Go to the respective Flagship store with the item, and remember to bring the order confirmation. Items purchased in one of our stores, can not be returned through our online return portal.
When you reserve an item valued at more than DKK 1000, you can pick up a free coffee from the café when collecting your item.
