Water protection is defined by the products ability to keep you dry. The skinsuit is made from lightweight fabrics that offers limited water protection.
Packability
           
Packability is defined by a products ability to easily pack down into a pocket. The skinsuit should never be packed into a pocket, hence scoring low on packability.

Product Features

Elastic Grippers

All grippers have been fitted with soft, fully-dyed elastics that deliver the truest colour.  The elastics also feature our signature silicone gripping pattern, keeping the skinsuit in an optimal position to improve your aerodynamic silhouette.

Chamois

The four-layer chamois pad has been specifically designed to ensure lasting performance and comfort. The quick-drying, antimicrobial membranes ensure you stay cool and fresh at your critical contact point with the bike to reduce friction and prevent the build-up of humidity.

Fabric

A micro-perforated front panel is applied to encourage ventilation during harder efforts. The back panel and sleeves have been outfitted with a lightweight, textured fabric that reduces air friction and drag across the upper portion of your body without restricting your mobility or comfort.

YKK Zipper

The Mechanism Skinsuit features a Japanese YKK zipper with a semi auto-lock puller. A guarded zip end is included at the top to prevent skin irritation as you ride.

Pockets

The elastic pockets will not overstretch when your pockets are full and feature an elastic hem to keep your bars and gels safely secured and easily accessible.
